"Before 2000", captures the life in the 1950s on the old L.H. Coffman Apple Farm in Corrales New Mexico. The early orchards and farms provided a host of family and wildlife within the land and along the irrigation ditches. After chores, we would swim, catch crawdads and even catch fish ( always a whopper - anything over 8 inches) that migrated into the ditches from the Rio Grande.
